Welcome to MKDoc
This is your homepage. Look at the yellow bar at the top of the screen. This is called the admin bar. Currently you are on the document tab, which simply lets you view the contents of the page.
Because you have editor rights on your homepage, you can edit its metadata properties as well as its content.
You can also create more pages which will be placed underneath your base document. This operation is called creating a child document. You can create a child document of this page using the new tab.
Once you have more than one child document for a given page you might want to change the children document sort order by clicking on the sort tab.
By creating new documents you are effectively creating a hierarchical structure, also called tree structure. MKDoc lets you move and copy documents in the tree.
When you are on a document which has no children documents, you can delete this document. Note that you cannot delete a document which has a children document.
